OUR PLANT Our
plant is situated in SHAPAR Industrial area which is 15 k.m. from
Rajkot in Gujarat State in INDIA. Our Company is set up with latest,
sophisticated & ultra modern Infrastructure & machines, Testing
Equipment, Instruments & Facilities to maintain Quality Assurance
to a high precision degree of accuracy required in process.

METAL ARRANGEMENT It
is our metal arrangement to cast virtually any metal/alloys such as
Stainless steel, Alloy steel, Carbon steels. Nickel based steels, Super
Alloys, Hast Alloys, Inconel, Monel, Ductile Irons, Aluminium Alloys,
Copper Based Alloys, Bronze Alloys and many other ferrous &
Non-Ferrous metals.

have tolerances, however, they can be predicted. Some typical lost wax

The biggest size is about 300 X 300 mm.Thickness:We produce normally 2-3mm thickness casting as the minimum thickness, but in some small areas 0.50mm can be achieved.Our Company follows the LOST WAX PROCESS in INVESTMENT CASTING: -- Wax Pattern is obtained by injection wax into die.
- Wax pattern when removed from die is a perfect duplicates of finished part
- Assembling Wax Pattern on a sprue made of wax forms a tree.
- Tree's coated with ceramic material is sprinkled over wet slurry 4/5 times repeatedly.
- Ceramic Shell hardness and wax is melted out in boilerclave.
- Shell is heated and is filled with molten metal.
- Ceramic shell is broken away from casting after metal solidifies.
- Complete part is obtained after final inspection for dispatch.

- Chemical & Physical laboratory in house for effective metallurgical control
- Inward In process, Final inspection through Q.C.
- C & P action methodology to eliminate reocurrence of non-conformity.
- Dispatch only after clearance from Q.C.
